Production Capacity
Baihoo has been the leading innovator of multi-protective fabrics for the global market. We have been delivering new PPE clothing technology solutions for various industries for more than 18 years.
Our factory is located in Jiangsu, China, with our warehouse, garment production lines, and technology professionals. The workspace is well organized and kept neat and clean.
We have more than 400 employees delivering 120,000pcs a month. We inspect the production quality of each piece to ensure no defect on the retailer's shelf.
Innovation in Production
Baihoo has been committed to developing new fabrics. We are the first garment manufacturer with its own patents and exclusive fabric development.
Facility
The labor force is the core value of Baihoo. In order to improve manufacturing efficiency, we have deployed automation equipment, including buckling machines, intelligent cutting machines, automatic cloth drawing machines, and industrial sewing machines.
Laboratory facility
Baihoo operates our independent laboratory equipped with all kinds of common examination instruments. It includes a spectrometer, fluorescence tester, combustion tester, thermal stability tester, washing shrinkage test, washing color fastness test, light fastness test, dry and wet grinding color fastness tester, breaking strength tester, tear strength tester, hydrostatic tester, etc. Some instruments were even customized based on our demands.
Supply chain
As we develop our own fabrics, we are involved in every production stage from yarn production to garment manufacturing. In order to properly arrange the production plan and ensure production quality, a reliable and stable supply chain has been constructed through close cooperation and connection at each production stage.
